Returns, Refunds & Store Credit Policy

At Soap Opera Soapz, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal-care and customized nature of many of our products, some items are final sale.

30-Day Returns

Eligible unused merchandise may be submitted for a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. All returns require approval before being mailed back.

Final Sale

Soaps, perfumes, fragrance products, custom orders, personalized products, and special-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes customized fraternity, sorority, organization, wedding, event, and personalized merchandise.

Store Credit

Approved eligible returns or claims may receive store credit up to the original product purchase price. Shipping and delivery charges are generally not included.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your name, order number, description of the issue, and photos when applicable. Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement or store credit.
