North Carolina Roots. Virginia Connections. One Trusted Real Estate Professional.

Virginia represents an exciting new chapter in my real estate career. After more than 25 years of experience in real estate, I am now licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia and beginning to expand Homes-by-Holmes Real Estate into the Virginia market.

While I am new to serving Virginia clients as a licensed agent, I am not new to real estate. I am bringing decades of experience working with homebuyers, sellers, first-time buyers, investors, military families, and clients who may need nontraditional paths to homeownership.

My connection to Virginia has also grown through Soap Opera Soapz and Opera Wicks, where I have participated as a vendor at Virginia events and built relationships within the community. My involvement with Church Street Jazz, alongside Jay and Priscilla Lang, and my experiences surrounding the Norfolk waterfront jazz community have helped introduce me to even more of what Virginia and the Hampton Roads area have to offer.

Now, those relationships are beginning to cross over into real estate.

Whether you're considering Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads, or surrounding communities, I am excited to bring the Homes-by-Holmes approach to Virginia—one client, one relationship, and one home at a time.

North Carolina is where I built decades of real estate experience. Virginia is where I'm beginning the next chapter.
