Planning to purchase a home within the next 90 days—or even a little beyond? Tanisha Holmes of Homes By Holmes Real Estate is seeking active homebuyers with an interesting, fun, inspiring, or unique story whose homebuying journey may be pitched for consideration for an upcoming episode of HGTV’s House Hunters.

While buyers planning to purchase within the next 90 days are ideal, purchases taking longer than 90 days may also be considered, depending on timing, circumstances, and production scheduling.

Potential participants should be prepared to complete their home purchase, obtain any necessary homeowner/property permissions, and have flexibility regarding moving, furniture placement, and filming needs. If selected, expect approximately four full filming days and be prepared to follow the production schedule, appear on camera, share your real homebuying journey, and sign required releases and permissions. Individual circumstances and filming requirements may vary.

Buyers working with Tanisha must purchase their home using Tanisha Holmes as their real estate broker/agent. Buyers who already have an agent may need to coordinate participation through their own representation.
